Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750 g pork
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 onions
- 250 g tomatoes
- 3 bell peppers, mixed
- 250 g rice, raw
- 1 jar chanterelles
- ½ liter meat broth
- 250 g cheese, Gouda
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and fry in hot oil. Add the rice and fry. Add the finely diced onions and sauté until translucent. Add the broth and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes and pepper strips and continue cooking. Finally, add the chanterelle mushrooms, season, and stir in the cheese cubes. Serve immediately.
