Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages (smoking)
  • 4 onions
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tsp broth (instant)
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Slice the smoked meats and sauté them in a pan. Dice the onion and add them. Wash, peel, and dice the carrots. Dice the potatoes and add them to the pan. Add the water and broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes, until the potatoes and carrots reach the desired tenderness. Wash and chop the parsley, and add it to the stew at the end.
