for the little ones, perfect for a children’s party

Form the ground meat into equal-sized balls. I find this works best if you roll it into a uniform roll and then cut off the same length each time. This way, all the balls will be the same size, and you can quickly prepare them for lots of burgers. Cut open the buns and place them on the grill with the meat and bacon. The buns should be in the indirect area of the grill, however, as otherwise they could burn too quickly. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup for the sauce in a small bowl. If you like, you can also add a few finely chopped gherkins. Once everything is ready, you can assemble the little burger buns. Everyone can do it however they like. I made them the usual way, without any fuss.
