Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 400 g meat (kebab meat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pepper (to taste)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Children’s recipe

Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Then slice the onions. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the meat. Meanwhile, place the flatbread in the preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes. Finely chop the garlic cloves. If you like, you can chop the chili peppers and sprinkle them on the onions. After chopping the peppers, be sure to wash your hands thoroughly! Cut the bread into four pieces and add the meat, tomatoes, onions, or other ingredients as desired to each piece.
