Easter Dessert

The perfect easter dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 leaf Gelatine white or instant gelatine
  • 1 cups Mascarpone
  • 1 cups Yogurt with mocha
  • 9 tbsp Instant espresso powder
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  1. Put the mascarpone, yoghurt in a bowl, whip the cream with the cream stiffener and set aside. Gelatine (if soaked according to instructions), stir the espresso powder, sugar and gelatine into the mascarpone mixture, fold in the cream and decorate as desired.
