Apple and Cinnamon Dessert
The perfect apple and cinnamon dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cinnamon apples
- 3 Apples, sour
- 2 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, coated
- 50 ml Water
Cinnamon cream
- 150 g Lowfat quark
- 150 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 2 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, coated
Otherwise
- 6 Ladyfingers
Cinnamon apples
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Bring this to the boil with the raw sugar, cinnamon and water in a saucepan and then simmer over a low flame with the saucepan closed for about 5 – 6 minutes.
- Then pour over a sieve, drain and allow to cool.
Cinnamon cream
- Put the yogurt and quark in a bowl and mix well with the sugar and cinnamon.

- Put the spoon bisquits in a freezer bag and use the meat tenderizer to make crumbs.
- First fill a layer of apples in dessert glasses, then crumble some of the biscuit crumbs over them and add some of the cinnamon cream and then repeat the whole thing, cover and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
