Easter Limoncello
The perfect easter limoncello recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 10 Pc. Lemons
- 1 liter Grain
- 180 g Sugar
- 580 ml Water
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- Peel off the zest of all the lemons. Simmer with the water, sugar and vanilla sugar for at least 5 minutes. Squeeze the lemons and add to the slightly cooled sugar water. Pass the whole thing through a sieve and mix the filtered liquid with the grain. Fill into bottles and let steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
