Easter Limoncello

The perfect easter limoncello recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 10 Pc. Lemons
  • 1 liter Grain
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 580 ml Water
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Peel off the zest of all the lemons. Simmer with the water, sugar and vanilla sugar for at least 5 minutes. Squeeze the lemons and add to the slightly cooled sugar water. Pass the whole thing through a sieve and mix the filtered liquid with the grain. Fill into bottles and let steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
