Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 130 g butter
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 60 ml egg liqueur
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Sweets (colorful little sugar eggs)
- jam
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
makes about 30 nests
Cream the very soft butter with the powdered sugar, then stir in the vanilla sugar, flour, and egg liqueur. Pour the batter into a piping bag and pipe thick, small circles, approximately 4 cm in diameter, onto a prepared baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar. Dip the bottoms of small, colored sugar eggs in jam and place each one on the nest.
