Put the flour in a bowl. Add the quark, oil, milk, salt, and baking powder, and knead everything into a dough. If you like, you can also add other spices, such as oregano or basil. Now you can really choose any other ingredients you like. The only limits are your imagination. Ham, diced ham, salami, cheese, zucchini, bell peppers, corn, etc. Cut the ingredients into small cubes and add them to the dough. Then form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 200°C (convection oven) for approx. 15 minutes. The baking time depends on the size of the pizza balls. They should be golden brown when cooked. Let them cool slightly afterward.
