Easy potato and wild garlic soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 liter of homemade chicken broth, alternatively vegetable broth
  • 3 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic, approx. 10 – 15 leaves
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes. Roughly chop the wild garlic and add both to a pot. Add the chicken stock and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Remove the pot from the heat and puree everything. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, top with chopped wild garlic.
