Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 can/n tangerines
  • 750 ml juice (mandarin orange juice), collected
  • 2 packs of white cake glaze
  • 2 packs of cake glaze, red
  • 600 ml cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 packs of sauce powder (vanilla sauce) without cooking
  • 200 ml juice (multivitamin juice, 100%)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly water if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and carefully fold into the batter. Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan and spread it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Let it cool and place a cake ring around it. Drain the mandarins, reserving the juice. Cook 750 ml of mandarin juice (if the juice from the cans doesn’t add up to 750 ml, simply top up with water) and the white and red cake glaze powders according to the package instructions. Now add the mandarins. Spread the mixture onto the cooled cake base. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer until stiff. Pour it onto the mandarin mixture and spread it out so that it is slightly higher in the middle. Finally, mix the vanilla sauce powder with the multivitamin juice and pour it on top. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
