Ebly – Pan a la Dani

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup wheat (Ebly – soft wheat)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 80 g bacon
  • 1 Cabanossi

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Prepare the Ebly soft wheat flour according to the package instructions (I prefer the soaking method). Finely dice the peppers, bacon, Cabanossi cheese, tomato, and onion. Fry the bacon in a non-stick pan and brown the Cabanossi cheese and onion in it. Then add the peppers and tomatoes and sauté. When everything is nice and soft and cooked, stir in the cooked Ebly soft wheat flour and mix. Tip: If you like, you can also stir in pieces of cheese and let it melt.
