Potato Lyoner pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 potatoes
  • ½ ring/s sausage (Lyoner)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into not-too-thick slices. Skin the Lyoner and slice them as well. Mix the herb cream cheese with the milk. Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly fry the potatoes. Add the Lyoner and fry briefly. Add the milk with the blended herb cream cheese. Cover the pan and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Serve with apple sauce or a green salad.
