Ebly with cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g wheat (soft wheat)
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 50 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 200 g ham (cooked ham)
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 2 tsp sauce thickener, light
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the wheat according to the package instructions. For the sauce, wash and trim the onions, slice them into rings, and sauté them in butter. Add the milk and cream and bring to a boil briefly. Cut the cheese and ham into strips and add them. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and thicken with a thickener. Serve the soft wheat with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
