Savory minced meat pie, turned out

Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), diced
  • 1 can/n mushrooms
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 rolls, soaked in water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g bacon, very thin slices
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly garlic, fresh
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix together the minced meat, ham, cheese, mushrooms, eggs, the squeezed-out bread rolls and the diced onion and season to taste. Brush a springform pan with a little oil and line it with the bacon (also cover the edge of the pan). Pour the minced meat mixture into the pan and put it in the oven at around 160°C for around 1 1/2 hours. I cover the pan with aluminum foil every now and then so that the cake doesn’t get too dark. When the cake is ready, place the springform pan on a rimmed baking sheet and carefully remove the ring. CAUTION!!! A LOT OF HOT LIQUID WILL RUN OUT!!! Turn the minced meat cake out onto a serving plate and cut into pieces. Serve with white bread and a mixed salad.
