Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 70 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 225 ml water
  • 120 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack of pudding for the filling
  • n. B. Chocolate for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Briefly bring the butter, vanilla sugar, water, and flour to a boil and mix until a lumpy dough forms. Let it cool and then transfer it to a bowl. Add the eggs and mix everything together again. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the dough out into a long shape using two spoons. Alternatively, moisten your hands and shape it. Bake in the oven at 170-180°C for 40 minutes and let it cool in the oven. Then fill with custard and decorate with chocolate. Enjoy! Your Joey
