Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 500 ml grape juice, red
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated, zest
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for the cold season

Squeeze the lemon and orange juice, then bring the juice to a boil along with the grape and apple juices, spices, and lemon zest. Let it steep for about 10 minutes. Finally, strain the punch and sweeten with honey, if desired, and enjoy.
