Egg and bacon muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 1 slice(s) of cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

LCHF – low carb, high fat

Line muffin cups with bacon strips. Whisk together the eggs and cream and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cut the ham into small pieces and add. Sprinkle with grated cheese and fold the bacon over the bacon. Bake at 230°C for 12 minutes, then turn on the grill and grill briefly at full heat to allow the bacon to brown. This batch makes 4 muffins.
