Egg and chive sandwich

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pot of chives
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • Iodized salt
  • pepper, black
  • 2 slice(s) bread(s) (spelled bread)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the eggs hard for 8 minutes, then rinse in cold water, peel, and finely chop. Wash and dry the chives, then cut them into small rolls. Mix the eggs and chives with sour cream and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the bread slices with the egg mixture. You can also top the sandwich with tomatoes.
