Pasta in cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 400 ml sweet cream
  • 25 g dried meat
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack of sauce powder (cream sauce)
  • 2 tbsp sauce thickener
  • 250 ml water
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in a pot with salt and oil until al dente. Melt the butter in a large pan. Dice the ham and add it to the pan with the jerked beef, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Boil the cream sauce packet with 250 ml water in a small saucepan for 1 minute. Add the heavy cream to the pan and bring to a boil briefly. Add the cream sauce to the pan and stir in. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the sauce thickener to taste, depending on the desired consistency of the sauce.
