Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g margarine
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g quark
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding (vanilla)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding (vanilla)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 g margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine flour, margarine, sugar, egg, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and make a shortcrust pastry. Pour the dough into a greased baking dish. For the quark topping, mix the quark, milk, egg, sugar, custard powder, and oil together and pour onto the dough. For the egg cake, separate the eggs. Mix together the margarine and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the custard powder with the sugar. Bring the milk to a boil and remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the custard powder and bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the custard to the margarine and egg mixture, mix, and then carefully fold in the egg whites. Pour the finished mixture onto the quark. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
