Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 200 g ham
- 1 handful of cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Parsley or chives, frozen
- Splash of milk or Cremefine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crack the eggs into a bowl, whisk, season with salt and pepper, and then stir in the grated cheese and milk. Cut the ham into strips or small squares and fry in a little oil in a pan. Add the remaining oil and add the eggs to the pan. Stir gently and flick the eggs around with the flat of a fork to ensure the liquid comes into contact with the bottom of the pan so the mixture sets evenly. Remove from the heat and serve sprinkled with parsley or chives and paprika. Serve with dark bread.
