Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- Sea salt
- Nutmeg, grated
- Chives, in rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix the flour with the water and egg. While stirring constantly, add the mixture to the boiling broth. Let the egg flakes simmer for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and nutmeg. Sprinkle with chives.
