Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp margarine, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

a recipe from my grandma, popular children’s meal

Boil 5 eggs hard, let them cool, and chop them. Knead them with breadcrumbs, the raw egg, salt, pepper, and parsley, adding a little more if needed. Shape the mixture into patties with wet hands and fry them in hot margarine in a non-stick pan. Grandma’s serves them with potatoes, mixed vegetables, and gravy. If you don’t have any leftover gravy, a light herb sauce will do.
