Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 eggs
- ½ pack of feta cheese
- some chives, leeks or onions, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs. Mash the feta and mix it with the eggs. Stir in chives, if desired, and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into 6 muffin cups and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
