Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- ½ corner(s) herb melted cheese
- 1 slice(s) Gouda
- 3 large mushrooms, fresh
- ¼ bell pepper(s)
- Cayenne pepper
- curry powder
- 1 pinch(s) salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and trim the vegetables. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Slice the mushrooms. Cut the ham into thin strips. Sauté the vegetables one at a time in the pan, frying the onions until golden brown, then set aside. Beat the eggs and season with the ingredients mentioned above or to your taste. Heat the pan with oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it slowly set over medium heat. Place the vegetables, ham, and herb cream cheese on one half of the omelet, fold the omelet in half, slide it onto a plate, and place the Gouda strips on top. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese on the omelet begins to melt.
