Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml beer, dark
  • 450 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 tbsp salt (smoky BBQ salt)
  • 1 pinch of garlic granules
  • 1 pinch(s) of onion granules
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 pinch of caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Break up the yeast and dissolve it in the dark beer. Combine the mixture with the flour and add the spices. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes. Roll the dough into small flatbreads, flatten to the desired thickness, and grill. They will expand during grilling.
