Egg Omelette with Filling

The perfect egg omelette with filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 250 g Bacon cubes
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Mix eggs, milk and flour together and season with salt and pepper. Chop the onion into small pieces.
  2. Put a sauce scoop full of dough mixture of eggs, milk and flour in a preheated pan and distribute like normal pancakes. Fry one side of the omelette and then turn it over on half the side of the omelette, sprinkle with bacon, onion and cheese and close, then set the oven to about 100 degrees and put the finished omelette in front so that it does not get cold and the cheese can melt. Serve warm!
