- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- some salt
- some fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Recipe from Grandma “Ranne”
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Stir a little salt into the egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until frothy and fold in. Fold in the breadcrumbs as well. Pour the porridge spoonfuls into a hot, greased pan and fry. Turn after about a minute. Goes perfectly with potatoes and spinach.
