Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 8 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 10 eggs
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pancakes

Place the flour in a mixing bowl and stir in the water until smooth, forming no lumps. Then add the milk and stir until smooth. Finally, stir in the eggs (one at a time). Don’t forget the pinch of salt. Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes, then bake the pancakes in a nonstick pan with margarine or oil. Since everyone’s tastes vary, you can enjoy the pancakes sweet or savory after baking.
