Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 12 eggs
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 400 ml oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Hard-boil 10 eggs, peel, and slice. Place 2 eggs and vinegar in a measuring jug, blend with a hand blender, and slowly add the oil until it reaches the desired consistency. Season to taste and stir in the chives. Add the hard-boiled eggs to the sauce and let it sit for at least 2 hours.
