Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 100 g cream cheese, grainy
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp turmeric
- salt and pepper
- n. B. chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Boil the eggs hard for about 8-10 minutes, then chill before peeling. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Combine the cream cheese and natural yogurt. Add the pickle juice, sesame oil, mustard, and turmeric. Mix everything evenly and pour into a bowl. Peel the eggs, dice them into small pieces about 0.5 cm in size, and add them to the marinade. Season with salt, pepper, and finely chopped chives, and mix everything well.
