Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • 120 g bacon, finely diced
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 30 g mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp, heaped powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp, levelled white pepper, finely ground
  • 1 tsp, leveled turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar essence
  • n. B. Salt

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

quick and easy to prepare,

Combine diced eggs, bacon, and chopped dill in a mixing bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender, blend until creamy, and season with salt. Transfer the dressing to the mixing bowl and mix everything evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the individual flavors to develop. Season again with salt before serving the salad with fresh baguette.
