Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 gherkins
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • n. B. Remoulade
  • 1 shot of cucumber juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low carb suitable

Dice the eggs, cucumber, and ham, season with salt and pepper. Add the remoulade and cucumber juice, and stir to combine. Sprinkle with parsley. Delicious on bread or with Vienna sausages or meatballs instead of pasta or potato salad. This makes it a suitable dish for a low-carb diet.
