Egg salad with truffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of truffle (summer truffle), preserved in oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and let them cool. Then chop them into small pieces and mix all the ingredients well. Serve chilled as a spread.
