Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 2 sprigs of parsley

Peel the eggs and place two eggs on each wooden skewer (body and head). Only a small piece should stick out of the top of the skewer, where the hat will be placed later. For better stability, the eggs can be trimmed straight off the bottom end. Now cut two large and two slightly smaller slices off the carrot. First place a large slice of carrot, then the small slice on each snowman as a hat. The wooden skewer should no longer be visible; otherwise, shorten the wooden skewer a little. Now stick two peppercorns into each egg as eyes and three peppercorns each as buttons. For better stability, prepare the respective areas beforehand with a sharp knife. Now cut two small, pointed triangles out of the carrot, which will then be placed in the snowman’s head as a nose. Finally, stick the parsley stalk into the side of the snowman’s body.
