Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 eggs, boiled
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, for seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the onion into pieces. Peel the boiled eggs and chop them with the remaining ingredients to the desired fineness! Mix everything together.
