Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese
  • 200 g margarine, soft
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper
  • optional spice(s) of your choice
  • possibly vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A delicious spread that is perfect for everyday bread topping or as a highlight at a party.

Peel and break the eggs, and mix them with the cream cheese, herb cream cheese, and margarine. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and vegetable stock, if desired. Add additional seasonings to taste. Stir everything thoroughly and garnish.
