Egg spread, warm, hearty

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 0.2 liters of milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 piece(s) butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Instead of jam you can also spread eggs on bread, children love it

Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and butter thoroughly. Place in a small saucepan and heat over low heat, or better yet, in a double boiler. Stir continuously and add a little flour until creamy. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens. Caution: It will stick easily or turn into a pancake. Eat the spread on fresh bread instead of jam. It’s very similar to scrambled eggs, but lighter and easier to spread.
