Egg spread without mayonnaise

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 12 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread, approx. 200 g
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese, approx. 150 g
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • possibly gherkins, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the eggs and garlic clove and finely dice everything. Then mix both with the other ingredients; this is quickest done with a potato masher. Stir in the diced cucumber to taste. I prefer the spread without any dressing, though. The spread can be eaten immediately, but tastes best if you let it sit for a while. One to two hours is enough, but the spread can also be prepared the day before.
