Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate
- 150 g flour
- 7 protein
- some baking powder
- some rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine butter, sugar, rum, and softened chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a springform pan (approx. 24 cm) or a baking dish. Bake the cake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes.
