Eggnog Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 250 ml egg liqueur
  • 250 ml oil
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Beat the eggs, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar until thick and foamy. Slowly stir in the egg liqueur and oil, then stir in the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder until a smooth batter forms. Pour the mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking pan. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour. The cake will be beautifully moist.
