Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml oil
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 125 g cornstarch (maizena)
- 125 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a batter. Pour the batter into a well-greased bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1 hour. Tip: If you like, you can also refine the cake with raisins or almond slivers in the batter.
