Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml oil
- 250 ml egg liqueur
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, flour, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, combine the egg liqueur with the oil. Finally, stir everything together. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and bake at 175°C (middle rack) for 75 minutes. Depending on your taste, the cake can be covered with chocolate or sugar glaze.
