Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 125 g cornstarch (potato starch)
- 125 g flour (wheat flour)
- 140 ml eggnog
- 140 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Beat the eggs and powdered sugar with a mixer for 5 minutes. Then add the cornstarch, flour, oil, egg liqueur, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Mix well, pour into a Bundt pan (or any other baking pan), and bake at approximately 170°C for 55 minutes.
