Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 jar cherry(s)
  • 500 g quark
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 50 g honey
  • 100 g egg liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the quark with the milk, honey, vanilla, and egg liqueur. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Drain the cherries well and fold in as well.
