Eggnog chocolate muffin

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 ml egg liqueur
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

These muffins are among my favorite muffins

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper baking cups (I always use paper baking cups – they pop out more easily and look nicer). Combine the flour, baking powder, and chocolate sprinkles in a bowl and mix. In another bowl, beat the butter with the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg liqueur until fluffy. Add the flour mixture and stir in. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and place in the oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Tip: I usually decorate the muffins with either powdered sugar or chocolate glaze.
