Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 ml egg liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl on high for about 3 minutes, pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 190 degrees (top and bottom heat) for 60 minutes.
