Read here what you should pay attention to when making it.

  • If you want to make eggnog yourself, you should make sure that you use fresh , organic eggs. The eggs are processed in the raw state in the eggnog. For this reason, pay particular attention to hygiene.
  • Homemade eggnog can be stored in a dark and cool place for up to three months. A prerequisite for the shelf life is the hygienic processing of the ingredients. If bacteria get into the eggnog, the shelf life is drastically reduced.
  • Fill the homemade eggnog into small bottles. In this way, you can consume it in small portions. Once opened, the bottle should be used within a few days.
