Yogurt Quark with Fruit Cocktail and Eggnog

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Fresh yogurt 3.5%
  • 250 g Quark 40%
  • 1 can Fruit mix (250 g drained weight)
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 8 cl Advocaat

Instructions
 

  • Open the fruit mix can and pour off the juice. Put all ingredients (yogurt, quark, mixed fruit, powdered sugar and eggnog) in a mixing bowl and stir. Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Alternatively, fill in 6 dessert bowls or glasses.
