Yogurt Quark with Fruit Cocktail and Eggnog
The perfect yogurt quark with fruit cocktail and eggnog recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Fresh yogurt 3.5% (here: from Weihenstephan)
- 250 g Quark 40% (here: from HANSANO)
- 1 Can Fruit mix (here: Von Libby’s / 250 g drained weight)
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 8 cl Advocaat
- Open the fruit mix can and pour off the juice. Put all ingredients (yogurt, quark, mixed fruit, powdered sugar and eggnog) in a mixing bowl and stir. Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Alternatively, fill in 6 dessert bowls or glasses.
